Our products are made fresh in small batches as this prolongs their shelf life, however this can sometimes exceed our turn around time for delivery of orders. All orders that are placed will be dispatched as soon as possible via either Australia Post or Courier.
All orders should be placed preferably online through our secure website, by email or phone. Payment will be necessary before the order is dispatched. Orders over $50 will automatically be charged a registered fee to cover loss or damage (unless instructed otherwise at the time of order).

Claims / Damages
Always check your delivery against the packing invoice provided. All claims are to be made within 5 working days from the date of the delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns of any opened or used products. If you wish to return or exchange an unopened product/s, you must contact us
(please click here) prior to returning your products along with a detailed explanation of your comments/concerns. This will ensure proper handling of your request. Postage costs are not covered under our exchange policy – this is done at the expense of the consumer. No refunds are offered except in the event of a faulty product. Store credit is available in the event of an exchange and valid for 12 months.
SamplesWe recommend that you purchase samples if you are trying a product for the first time. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. To purchase a sample,
